I loved the service and the staff. Justin made sure the communication was always ongoing to keep me informed of my vehicles status. They even were able to extend my loner vehicle for free once they found out the parts for my car weren't going to be in when they expected. I would definitely recommend J.J.'s.

I just ?? going to JJS a. Very Very loving family everyone works together. So try them out and see for yourself for yourself. Just remember that every thing is not perfect But just try them...I've been going for 4 yrs.

Commitment follow up and feedback

This was the worst customer service I ever received from a auto shop. I think one of the owner of the show was named Justin. I dropped my car off to their shop around 9:00 on Tuesday for a AC inspection. He promised to call me back several times, never called me back. I had to call them back. He told me the work will be done in a few hours but never called and the shop was closed. I called them the next day to find out what was going on which was Wednesday. Justin told me he had to order a part in the car should be ready in a few hours and once again the one call me I finally called the shop around 4:00 p.m. on that day and the car was ready and I asked for the video of what was the problem. He promised to send me the video but never did. I'm a military veteran I will not recommend anyone from the armed forces are friends to this shop.

I've taken all of my vehicles to JJ's over the past 5 years. There have been issues that arrived, more than I would expect. However, J.J.'s have remained committed to rectifying the problem. I'm very hesitant to suggest any services to anyone as I know that we all can walk away with different experiences from one source. With that being said, I'm always honest about my experience with any company and I'm also sure to mention the things that allow me to trust in their commitment as well. Even with the issues, I continue to be consistent customer because they have been pretty good at redeeming themselves.

It was my first time at JJs as I tried them based on a referral. The experience from the time I walked into the shop was as if I was the most important person in the room. They actually discovered a major issue missed on a previous dealership service visit . I've found a new home for sure!
