My experience with all of the employees was great in person. They are very friendly and professional, especially Justin who was assigned to my car the first time I brought it there. However, the length of time they've had my car each time was frustrating but to be fair I'm not sure if that was due to my warranty company or J.J.'s.

[Engine Service / Repair]

Came in for a diagnostic on my engine and they guys were very welcoming , and helpful in figuring out the problem. Staff was considerate of time and let me know of my options. Only thing I would say is that communication can be crisper in regards to keeping customers updated at every step.

The dealership said I need a new engine. JJ's correctly dianosed the problem (bad fuel injectors and oxygen sensor). The repair saved me $$$$ compared to the cost of new engine. I highly recommend JJ's Auto Service Center
